Amethyst Gua Sha Face Ritual

A key part of traditional Chinese medicine, the Gua Sha pressure massage has now become an essential part of our facial ritual.

The use of this genius pure Amethyst smooth stone boosts the microcirculation of soft tissues increasing blood flow. When used on the face, the gentle pressure and strokes encourage the energy flow whilst the smooth-edged stone helps trigger skin regeneration and elasticity with visible results. Shaped to caress contours and define jawlines this ‘magic’ tool truly helps skin tone whilst facilitating the absorption of your favourite moisturiser.

Pure Amethyst that has been sustainably sourced

Made of clusters of minerals that have been around forever, gemstones carry individual qualities but also hold the memory of the beginning of life. They have been used for thousands of years to encourage wellness and beauty. For those unavoidably stressful situations, Amethyst can help you get back to a place of calm and relaxation and can calm the mind and soothe emotions. Its inherent high frequency, the distinct violet colour in the light spectrum contribute to clean the aura creating a protective shield around the body.

Find a quiet spot, make sure you are comfortable and embrace the moment. Take a deep breath in and set your intentions for your Gua Sha ritual. Spend a few minutes focusing on your breath. Place the amethyst Gua Sha flat on the third eye in between your eyebrows and the centre of your forehead and hold it for a few seconds.

Then follow the step by step ritual found in the leaflet included.

Work gently and slowly applying feather light pressure working outwards and down supporting the skin with the other hand. This will avoid any unnecessary tugging of the skin, and give you better control. Hold your stone as flat as possible or at a 15-degree angle.

For best results use daily with your favourite oil or balm. This will aid product absorption and leave your skin looking radiant.
