Check-Out Errors & Lost Items

Please ensure you have entered the correct delivery address with your order, along with a valid telephone number. Unfortunately we do not take responsibility for a lost or undelivered item if the address is incorrect. A new delivery will not be dispatched until the original order is delivered back to us.

If your order is returned to us the cost of re-delivery must be paid before it is dispatched again.

You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point on which you click on "submit" during the ordering process.

If you should place an order for an incorrect item please email us immediately at to amend the order. If the order has been dispatched without this notification you will be liable for cost of delivery to and return delivery. Please view our refund policy for further details.

We regret that dispatched errors such as missing, faulty or damaged items, may occur from time to time. These must be reported within 7 days to be accepted for return and a replacement will be sent. After this time frame we are unable to accept the returned order nor provide a replacement.

The delivery service used with this website will consider a package lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 working days for UK orders and 21 days for International orders. Rarely does this happen, however please note, we are unable to dispatch a replacement or issue a refund until this period of time has elapsed.
