RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you decide you do not want the item you have ordered after receiving it, then please return your order back to us. All returns are at the expense of the purchaser. Please note, a refund or exchange is available for unopened and unused goods only. Please contact us to notify us of the return on firstname.lastname@example.org. Goods must be returned to us in a saleable condition within 14 days from the date of the order and have the order number clearly noted on the return. Goods remain the property of the purchaser until they arrive to us in their re-saleable condition. We are unable to replace or refund items that have been damaged in transit to us. With an exchange, we will endeavour to replace with the item requested. If this is not the case, we will offer a refund.
If goods have been damaged in transit to the purchaser or are faulty or have been sent in error on our part, we are happy to offer replacements or refunds providing these goods are returned to us. Please notify us of this as soon as possible and a return label will be provided. Please contact us on email@example.com to inform us about this. All applications for returns and refunds must be accompanied with a proof of purchase.
We regret we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on goods that have been opened, or used, for hygiene reasons. Please employ our sample service, if available for matching make-up colours, trying scents or sampling a new range of products for the first time, so as not to be disappointed.
Please contact us if you have ordered an item in error and have received it before realising the error was made. If possible, and at our discretion we will endeavour to swap the unopened, unused item for the one you require. The return and delivery cost in this instance would have to be met by the purchaser.
If a refund is issued an admin fee may apply due to the cost or processing refunds with the banks.
It should be noted that Under the Sales of Goods Act we are not obliged to accept returns simply if you have changed your mind or no longer want the goods.
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days under the Distance Selling Regulations. However, as we aim to dispatch items within 48-72 hours, if the item has been dispatched you will have to return the goods to us at a cost to the purchaser.

We will refund money on receipt of the goods in satisfactory condition. This means they have not been used, opened or have damaged packaging. We are legally obliged to ensure your money is refunded within 30 working days of receipt of the returned goods in saleable condition.
Opened cosmetics, skincare, haircare and used clothing and accessories.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Returns are not received by the manufacturer. Please contact us directly.
