How to use
Use on the body, rinse with water. Due to the high laurel content, the soap after time will turn increasingly green. This is normal and shows the quality and genuine aspect of the soap.
Originally from Mesopotamia, the Pain d'Alep soap or Green Gold as it is known in Aleppo is made today as it was centuries ago. In the traditionally made Laurel 35% Pain d'Alep, mild Olive oil, water and soda (sea salt) are mixed together in cauldrons and then enriched with 35% purifying Laurel oil. The soaps are then left to dry naturally. The purity and mildness of Olives combined with antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and moisturising benefits of Laurel result in what is known as Aleppo's Green Gold. The higher concentration of Laurel oil the more milder, nourishing and healing the soap becomes and it is so light it literally floats on water.
Gentle enough for people who suffer from eczema and psoriasis.
Olea europaea fruit oil*, Laurus nobilis fruit oil*, sodium hydroxide.
*Plant based ingredient 99.9%.
**Sodium olivate and sodium laurate are the saponified fatty acids - or salts - of the olive oil and the laurel oil.)
