How should I apply my Active? - Apply Active to bare nails without base or top. No base coat so that the active ingredients can penetrate the nail plate, no top coat as the result is already super shiny.
How often should I reapply my Active? - You can add new layers every two days during one week, as a cure and to intensify the effect. Be careful to not apply too many layers, this might cause your Active to peel off!
Is the Active Range compatible with Manucurist’s nail care products? - You can apply the Manucurist Huile Vert or Serum Complete daily on top of the Active, to nourish your cuticles. You can apply your Active in alteration with the Manucurist treatment base coats or with the Manucurist SOS Mask, but not at the same time. The Actives can’t be used at the same time as the other treatment bases, as the Active must be in direct contact with the nail plate.
How should I remove my Active? With either the Manucurist Green or Green Flash Dissolvant Remover.
Is the Active Range compatible with the Manucurist Green and Green Flash nail polishes? - No. You can’t combine any of the Active's with the Manucurist Green Flash nail polishes because the Actives air dry and so are not to be cured under a lamp. In addition, the Manucurist Green nail polish range already has its range of 'treatment' base coats.
Is one Active recommended over another depending on the nail type? - Yes, this can be. Some Actives have specific benefits for specific nail type: Active Smooth = ridged nails, Active Bright = yellowed nails, Active Shine = brittle nails, for instance. But each Active has a universal treatment action for the nails, so it’s really best to choose your Active according to the desired look or visual effect.

DISPATCH TIMES
We will endeavor to dispatch orders according to the shipping choice and within a maximum of 3 working days. In some instances this may take longer such as during bank holidays, or in some situations that are out of our control. All orders are dispatch Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. Currently, next day delivery occurs on weekdays only and needs to be made before the daily cut-off time of 12pm. All orders made after this time requesting the next day service will be dispatched the following day.
Occasionally delivery to UK rural addresses may take a day or two longer than standard estimates.
All items are dispatched with a confirmation of delivery or attempted delivery number which can be found by clicking 'View Your Order' in the shipping confirmation email.
UPON DELIVERY
All deliveries require a signature. Can you therefore, please ensure there is someone available at the delivery address to sign for the package. Your tracking number can be located on your order. If the package cannot be delivered, you should receive a delivery card with contact information for delivery, or information by email. Both will detail the amount of time you have to arrange re-delivery or collection before the parcel is returned to us. Unfortunately, we do not take responsibility for any direct or indirect loss or damage incurred with the order as a result of the customer not collecting the package within the required time period. We recommend contacting us if you haven't received your package by the estimated delivery date so that we can assist with tracking your order.
All items are dispatched with a confirmation of delivery or attempted delivery number which can be found by clicking 'View Your Order' in the shipping confirmation email.
We regret that dispatch errors such as missing, faulty or damaged items, may occur from time to time. Replacements will be delivered to you and the damaged or incorrect will be required to be returned, provide it is reported to us within 7 days of receiving. After this we are unable to accept returns.
If you have a time sensitive order please select the NEXT DAY delivery service on checkout or contact us for assistance. We cannot take responsibility for orders not arriving the next day with the designated shipper, despite requesting this service.
We are sorry but we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or hotels.
DELIVERY CHARGES
Delivery options for your region will be displayed at the checkout.
All international deliveries will have a tracked courier service. Please be aware that you may be charged duties and customs fees if your order is from overseas and when arriving in your country. These are at the cost of the receiver.
SIGNING FOR YOUR DELIVERY
Your delivery will require a signature upon receipt of order. Please ensure someone is available at your delivery address. If you are unavailable to sign for your parcel, you should receive a delivery card with contact information for delivery. It will detail the amount of time you have to arrange redelivery or collection before the parcel is returned to us.
If the parcel is not collected and is returned to us you will be required to pay for the redelivery. Should the order be cancelled the refund will be processed minus the original cost of shipping incurred.
