Shipping policy

WHERE WE SHIP

We ship UK nationwide, Europe and to selected countries globally.  If you are having trouble finding a shipping rate to your country, please message us in Chat.  Due to hazadous restrictions, some of the products sold on this website that contain alcohol or other hazadous ingredients such as Eau du Parfum or nail polish, cannot be sent overseas.

CURRENCY
Our prices are listed in GB Pounds, however some overseas countries will have their final checkout amount in their local currency.

DISPATCH TIMES
We will endeavor to dispatch orders according to the shipping choice and within a maximum of 3 working days. In some instances this may take longer such as during bank holidays, or in some situations that are out of our control.  All orders are dispatch Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.  Currently, next day delivery occurs on weekdays only and orders must be received before 12pm for next day delivery.

Our aim is for one delivery per order, however in some instances items may be dispatched separately. Please advise if you would prefer that they weren't.

Occasionally delivery to UK rural addresses may take a day or two longer than standard estimates.

All items are dispatched with a tracking reference number. 

UPON DELIVERY
Some deliveries may require a signature. If this is the case, please ensure there is someone available at the delivery address to sign for the package. Your tracking number can be located on your order.  If the package cannot be delivered, you should receive a delivery card with contact information for delivery, or information by email.  Both will detail the amount of time you have to arrange re-delivery or collection before the parcel is returned to us. Unfortunately, we do not take responsibility for any direct or indirect loss or damage incurred with the order as a result of the customer not collecting the package within the required time period. We recommend contacting us if you haven't received your package by the estimated delivery date so that we can assist with tracking your order.

We regret that dispatch errors such as missing, faulty or damaged items, may occur from time to time. Replacements will be delivered to you and the damaged or incorrect will be required to be returned, provide it is reported to us within 7 days of receiving.  After this we are unable to accept returns.    

If you have a time sensitive order please select the NEXT DAY delivery service on checkout or contact us for assistance. We cannot take responsibility for orders not arriving the next day with the designated shipper, despite requesting this service.

We are sorry but we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or hotels.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Delivery options for your region will be displayed at the checkout.

All international deliveries will have a tracked courier service. All international orders 'exclude' UK VAT.  Please be aware it is likely you will be charged your own country's import tax and in some cases, duties and customs fees upon receiving your order.  These fees are at the cost of the receiver and usually need to be paid upfront before the package has been delivered.

SIGNING FOR YOUR DELIVERY
Your international delivery will require a signature upon receipt of order. Please ensure someone is available at your delivery address. If you are unavailable to sign for your parcel, you should receive a delivery card with contact information for delivery. It will detail the amount of time you have to arrange redelivery or collection before the parcel is returned to us.

If the parcel is not collected and is returned to us you will be required to pay for the redelivery. Should the order be cancelled the refund will be processed minus the original cost of shipping incurred.
