Gill creates her flower essences from the flowers, plants and trees that grow around her village in Suffolk, they are hand made and hand blended and each mist contains artisan flower and crystal essences that are blended with essential oils to help naturally with your wellbeing. There are mists created for both adults and children and are tailored to address various different states of mind or concern.
